Move to Blogger

Because I don't play with it nearly enough, I have decided to change things up for dev-playground.com The first thing that I have done is move registrar. I am now using google domains and they are pretty sweet. As part of that I have also decided that I would migrate over to blogger for the blog. It feels like a pretty natural migration. I don't know that it means I will do more with it but we will see what happens.
